LG Adds a 48 MP Camera to One of Its New Budget Phones

LG wants to contribute to the triumph of the Asian manufacturers against those from the United States and Europe. Companies like Huawei, Samsung, or Xiaomi proved that they can be tough competitors for other top smartphone manufacturers from the rest of the world.

LG continues to release exciting gadgets, and now it brings to the market three new beautiful budget smartphones: K61, K51S, and K41S. Each of them features some high-tech camera setup: a high-resolution main lens, a macro lens, a depth sensor, and a wide-angle lens.

48 MP camera for the K61 model

The K61 also features a 6.5-inch FHD+ display, a 16-megapixel front lens, 4 GB of RAM, and it’s powered by a 2.3 GHz octa-core processor. As for the storage, you can put plenty of videos, games, and apps on it since the phone comes in two versions: 64 GB and 128 GB.

On the other hand, the K41S model is a bit less impressive, but still a decent gadget. It’s not bad for taking photos either since it’s equipped with a 6.5-inch HD+ display, 8 MP front camera, and a 13 MP for the main one. It also packs 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.

The LG K51S model is more close to the K61 model considering its features: 6.5-inch HD+ for the display, a 13 MP front lens, a 32 MP camera on the rear, 64 GB of storage, and 3 GB of RAM.

Price

The three new LG phones from the K-series don’t have any price mentioned by the manufacturer. But being budget smartphones, we can make a fair assumption that they will cost somewhere between $50 and $150.

And this should be great news for anybody, because, you know: who wouldn’t buy such an affordable phone that also has a powerful camera? Whether we like to admit it or not, cameras are among the main aspects when people choose a smartphone.
