WhatsApp Business has all the features we know from WhatsApp Messenger, plus others, which are adapted to the whole business idea. You can send files, videos, and photos, make phone calls or send international messages. There are also groups and offline messaging. Keep in mind that the app uses your internet network, so there are no additional fees.
