Samsung has recently confirmed that its highly anticipated Galaxy Unpacked event will kick off on February 11th. This is the event where Samsung is planning to reveal its upcoming Galaxy Series and this also includes the mysterious Galaxy Z Flip. Last year, Samsung launched its first-ever foldable smartphone called Galaxy Fold. The device was a success and Samsung is planning to take the smartphone industry by storm once again by launching Galaxy Z Flip. However, there is something that makes Galaxy Z Flip stand out. This smartphone’s display folds two times!
New Samsung Foldable Smartphone
The reason why Samsung is branding the upcoming smartphone as Galaxy Z Flip is because it will fold just like the letter “Z”. This is an innovative design and from the looks of it, Samsung has equipped the smartphone with two hinges instead of one. This will not only help Galaxy Z Flip fold two times, but also increase its durability.
Cheaper Than Galaxy Fold
Considering the fact that Galaxy gold was priced at $2,000, then it should come as no surprise that Galaxy Z Flip will also be equipped with an expensive price tag. According to industry analysts and multiple rumors, the upcoming foldable device will be priced under $1,000. This is not cheap by any means, but it’s significantly more affordable than Galaxy Fold.
