Pokemon Sword and Shield: Zarude’s New Technique is Revealed

Just when you think that the insanely popular media franchise Pokemon cannot possibly bring anything new and good, you receive a stunning surprise. With almost a quarter of a century of history, Pokemon now has its Pokemon Sword and Shield role-playing game developed by Game Freak and making a lot of fans happy.

A new Mythical Pokemon called Zarude is now showing its fierce power in the game. However, the Pokemon Company recently revealed that this creature is even more powerful than anyone suspected since it’s capable of instantly healing itself and its allies.

Jungle Healing is the new technique

Zarude’s mysterious newly unveiled ability is Jungle Healing, a Grass-type move that occurs when the Pokemon is at level 90.

However, this Zarude fellow itself is a new addition in the Pokemon universe. He is a Grass/Dark-type Pokemon capable of some interesting techniques: he can grow vines from its neck, feet, and wrists, and he can use them for collecting berries, moving, and healing. Zarude also has the Leaf Guard ability, which protects him from getting afflicted by strong sunlight. The mysterious Pokemon could also be capable of gaining a Gigantamax form.

How to catch Zarude in Pokemon Sword and Shield

The old slogan “Gotta catch ’em all!” is not for nothing since Zarude is also worth catching. But being a Mythical Pokemon, you can’t grab him by normal means in Pokemon Sword and Shield. The pocket monster was initially intended to be added to the fans who pre-order tickets for Pokemon the Movie: Coco.

But those plans were postponed by a reason that we all can guess: the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Instead, we can wait for Zarude to arrive later this fall in Pokemon Sword and Shield. The Pokemon media franchise is not dying, despite its severe critics. It’s only transforming into something better over time.
