Connect the power cable again
Maybe the cable is not linked correctly to the device, or to the wall outlet, so make sure you check both. So Turn off the switch, plug out and wait for 30 seconds. Then, plug it in again. Power on the device and see if it’s working.
Replace your power cable
Perhaps the cable does not work anymore, so it might be time to replace it. Make sure you turn off everything and unplug the power cable. Get a new one and plug it in. Turn on the device and see if it’s working. You might need an electrician to do the job.
Fix the power button

Rebuild the database by using the Safe Mode

First of all, you need to attack your PS4 controller to the PS4 by using a USB cable. Then, you need to press and hold the power button until you hear a beep. Release the button, and now you are in Safe Mode. Then you need to select 5 – Rebuild Database” with your controller. Then you need to wait until the process is done.
