Yaga is available now for PlayStation 4, and it was developed by Breadcrumbs Interactive, a Romanian indie developer. The game brings a variety of cool features for the players and interesting gameplay overall. You basically have to bash the murderous legends from Slavic mythology. It’s a new darkly funny action role-playing game that changes pretty much, allowing you to enjoy new stuff every time you play it again.
Your character is Ivan, a onehanded blacksmith who is forced to face a lot of foes because of what the tzar is asking him. The poor guy is somehow monitored by Baba Yaga, a witch who has some control over his fate.
If you like the Slavic folklore and all sorts of Pagan myths, then this game is for you. The game has a Romanian soundtrack from Subcarpati, a hip-hop band.
As long as you are exceeding in the game, your character Ivan will be improved a lot. His reputation, story, and upgrade possibilities will reach new heights. You will have a long journey where you’ll face supernatural beings – you’ll have to avoid curses of spirits, get spirits haunting a house by your side, or unlock hidden secrets.
You can even make your own weapons in the game, like teleporting lightning hammers and Hookshot pitchforks. You can craft and upgrade plenty of weapons and tools to help you in your battles.
The system requirements for the game are more than decent. Here are the minimum:
- OS: Windows 7, 8, 10
- Processor: Intel CPU Core i3-2500K 2.0GHz+ / AMD CPU Phenom II 570
