Minecraft fans from all over the world are eagerly waiting for the 1.17 update, and Mojang reveals that it arrives in mid-2021. However, the creators of the game are now giving Bedrock Edition players new Caves and Cliffs-themed content, and thus playing Minecraft becomes an even more pleasant experience than before.
The Bedrock Beta is arriving in Windows 10, Android, and Xbox One. The beta version for Minecraft Bedrock includes a new mob in the form of goats. Players will have a hard time with these creatures as they can become a real pain and knock the players off the cliffs. You can check out a sample of the goats in Minecraft below:
The cliff-climbing goats can be found spawning across extreme hills biomes.
Beware of the powder snow blocks
The powder snow blocks are also making their appearance in the new update for Minecraft. If the players aren’t careful, they will find themselves sinking right through those blocks, which will greatly limit their mobility.
Minecraft players who are willing to get their hands on the 1.17 Cave Update must take into account the following aspects:
- By joining the beta, a work in progress version of Minecraft will be replaced
- They won’t get to enter non-beta players when previewing the beta and they will not have access to Realms
- In prior versions of the game, the player can open any worlds played while in the beta, so it’s a good idea to make copies of Worlds to avoid losing them
- Beta builds are sometimes unstable and do not reflect the standard of the final version.
Minecraft was released in 2009 and has become one of the most popular video games of all-time. For the 10th Anniversary, Mojang released a version of Minecraft that is free of charge and does not even require a download.
