A series of rumors on Microsoft Surface Pro 7 emerged on the Internet ahead of the Microsoft presentation event of October. In the most recent news, Microsoft Surface Pro 7 configurations reportedly leaked. According to some reports, we should expect i3, i5, and i7 versions of Surface Pro 7.
In October, Microsoft might reveal a new Surface Pro 7, Surface Laptop 3, and a second-gen Surface Go. Other reports also note that the company could finally present its Windows 10 folding smartphone, the so-called Centaurus. We already know that Microsoft Surface Pro devices launch in a variety of configurations, each sporting a different CPU and various amounts of RAM and internal storage, among other differences.
Now, a report on WinCentral shows that, reportedly, Microsoft Surface Pro 7 configurations leaked. We should expect about five variants that will boast i3, i5, and, respectively, i7 CPUs of the 10th generation, and different amounts of RAM and SSD storage.
Microsoft Surface Pro 7 Configurations Reportedly Leaked
According to WinCentral, the following Microsoft Surface Pro 7 configurations will be available:
- Microsoft Surface Pro 7, Intel Core i3, 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD
- Microsoft Surface Pro 7, Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD
- Microsoft Surface Pro 7, Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD
- Microsoft Surface Pro 7, Intel Core i7, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD
- Microsoft Surface Pro 7, Intel Core i7, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD
As per some previous rumors, this year’s Microsoft Surface Pro 7 will sport Intel’s 10th Gen chips, built on 10nm technology. Accordingly, these processors are faster and more stable than their predecessors. The leaked configs are similar to what has Microsoft offered in the past with its previous Surface Pro models.
On the other hand, if Microsoft keeps the traditional trend, it will also release Surface Laptop 3 models with similar configurations with those of Surface Pro 7. We have to wait until October to see if the new leaks are indeed accurate.
