List of Netflix content that will depart in August

Sometimes license sucks, especially when it comes to Netflix. The media service provider is losing a lot of content due to expired licenses. You probably noticed that the production company is having more and more original content added. This way, it fills the gap when licensing becomes a problem. There are lots of original TV series, movies, and other forms of entertainment, such as comedy specials.

However, even with the Netflix originals, the slow months still stand out. August, will be one of those months of the year. Have you seen Netflix’s August arrivals and departures? The situation doesn’t look bright at all. The sad part is that it applies to the original content as well.

One of the movies that will no longer be available on Netflix starting next month is Groundhog Day. This is one of the best movies to describe what everyone is feeling at the moment due to the current world situation. Almost every day feels the same due to the coronavirus outbreak. Plus, it is also one of the best Bill Murray movies!

But, Groundhog Day is not the only movie departing from Netlfix. Bad Boys and Bad Boys 2 are also joining the leaving boat. I’m pretty sure some people might find interest in those two movies after Bad Boys for Life hit cinemas earlier this year. Hurry up and add them on your watch list, as you only have until August 31. Here’s a list of interesting content that will be taken down from Netflix next month:

  1. Skins: Vol. 1-7 | August 1
  2. Blue Is the Warmest Color | August 25
  3. Bad Boys | August 31
  4. Groundhog Day | August 31
  5. Jerry Maguire | August 31
  6. The Karate Kid | August 31
  7. Observe and Report | August 31
  8. Tootsie | August 31
  9. United 93 | August 31
  10. V for Vendetta | August 31

Is one of the movies or shows on your watch list? Hurry up before they leave.
