As per a new investor note from Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple wants to launch the next-gen version of the iPhone SE in the first quarter of 2020. When it comes to specs, Kuo says that the iPhone SE 2 will come with 3GB worth of RAM, and with the very same A13 Bionic processor that iPhone 11 models carry. It will also come with 64GB and 128GB capacities. Some rumors talked about the device carrying a 4.7-inch display and a Touch ID. Kuo then added that iPhone SE would come in Silver, Space Gray, and Red. However, the devices will not come with support for 3D Touch. But if we are to take a look at the past of the company, it’s not really a surprise, since Apple has given up that technology once and for all.
When it comes to price, the iPhone SE 2 will be the affordable one from the group. Kuo said that Apple wants to put a $399 price tag for the device. The cheapest iPhone model out there on the market right now is iPhone 8, with a price of $449.
