GTA V never seems to get old, especially when it comes to its online mode (GTA Online), as it’s getting regular updates. The legendary fifth game of the Grand Theft Auto series is getting a lot of attention from Rockstar, and there’s no sign for us to believe that this will end pretty soon.
One big expansion for GTA V is on its way during late 2020, according to Rockstar itself. We can expect some ambitious achievements for the new update.
New map for GTA V?
All hints point to the idea of a new map coming to GTA V along with the new update. Los Santos may have pretty much all that it needs: lots of cars, planes, military bases, subways, mountains, islands, and so on. But there’s also room for a new map for the players to enjoy, like a new island. To be more precise, the possibility is that Rockstar will release a GTA 5 Heist on a special map. Unfortunately, there’s no exact release date for the update, and all we can do is wait.
One official statement says:
“Later this year players can expect more big updates for both games, including some exciting new extensions and augmentations to an existing role in Red Dead Online, and the biggest ever update for GTA Online, featuring our latest take on Heists in an entirely new location.”
There you have it, GTA V will get itself a new location in the near future.
We can’t wait to see GTA V running on the next-generation consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S in 2021. The game’s visuals will be enhanced significantly so that it will be matching the advanced hardware of the two consoles from Sony and Microsoft, respectively.
