GTA Online: Rockstar Offers Much Bigger Rewards for Parachute Races

It’s true that parachute races are not something very common in GTA Online, but embarking yourself in such an activity can surely be fun. The online version of GTA V (aka GTA Online) becomes better every week as it receives updates, so forgetting at least for a while about GTA 6 can be a good idea.

For this week, we get to see triple rewards for parachute races in GTA Online. We also have to mention that the community didn’t react in a very positive way.

How to engage in parachute races

Parachute races are events that involve four or more players while they’re jumping out of a plane and using their parachutes to ultimately land on one specific spot. Until that, they have to quickly descend through targets positioned at various spots in the sky. As players try to land on a dartboard, the closer they get to the center bullseye, the more they earn more points.

If you’re still not sure enough that GTA Online is the good choice for your spare time, than the description from Steam can be the best motivator:

When a young street hustler, a retired bank robber and a terrifying psychopath find themselves entangled with some of the most frightening and deranged elements of the criminal underworld, the U.S. government and the entertainment industry, they must pull off a series of dangerous heists to survive in a ruthless city in which they can trust nobody, least of all each other.

The game works on relatively middle-range PC’s, as it requires 4 GB of RAM, an Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz or higher, and for the graphics card you’ll need an NVIDIA 9800 GT 1GB / AMD HD 4870 1GB, or something better.

GTA 5 (including GTA Online) is currently available for PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS3, and Xbox 360. Furthermore, we’ll see the game running as an enhanced version for the next-generation consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.
