Grand Theft Auto V has been and still is a tremendous success worldwide since its release back in 2013, quickly becoming one of the most beloved video games of all time. Only within the first 24 hours of its release, GTA V generated over $800 million in revenue. Fans now have expectations beyond imagination for the sequel of the game, which is currently under development.
The GTA community is boiling, fans are baffled and can’t wait to see GTA 6 on their PC’s and consoles. The big question is: will they survive this dreadful wait until the end?
GTA 6 may be released in 2020
On GTA 6 subreddit an Austrian retailer nicknamed Gameware brought to us the announcement of GTA 6’s release date being set for the next year. Unfortunately, we can’t rely on this. Rockstar almost always signposts their releases ahead of time and if the game were genuinely coming next year, we would have heard about it by now.
More leaks announce fun stuff in the future game
Anybody can spread a rumor, whether it’s true or just a hoax. But if you’re one of those die hard GTA fans, you might like to cling on any source which gives you info about your favorite game.
GTA 6 may have a female lead character, it may have a much bigger map, much more enterable buildings like restaurants, gas stations, police departments and so on.
It’s also suggested that the game will be set across two main cities: Las Venturas (based on Las Vegas) and San Fierro (based on San Francisco), which means practically a return to the previous San Andreas game, but with much better graphics and probably better gameplay. Although it’s very unlikely for a future GTA game to have better gameplay than San Andreas, since the 2004 game had some fabulous gameplay which keeps you glued to the console/PC for months even after you finish the storyline.
We can speculate forever, but only time will tell for sure.
