Microsoft will refresh its games lineup very soon, in order to provide exciting stuff for The Games with Gold October 2019. New games are awaited this week for the subscribers of Xbox Live Gold.
There is a traditional thing for Microsoft to come with two games for each Xbox One and Xbox 360. Also, the older titles have a limited availability, being replaced by new ones. For instance, Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge will replace Disney’s Bolt until Halloween.
Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge
You shouldn’t hesitate to test your skills and courage in the latest Ninja Gaiden game. The story seems to be more exciting than ever: Ryu Hayabusa returns to the old habits, but this time with a horrendous curse threatening to obliterate him. You have to take control of him or his battle comrades (Ayane, Kasumi or Momiji), and lead them into a brutal battle.
Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge is an upgraded rerelease of Ninja Gaiden 3. Originally an exclusive for the Wii U, it was eventually released for the Playstation 3 and the Xbox 360.
Friday the 13th: The Game
What horror title could possibly be more suitable for October than this one? You will control the legendary Jason Voorhees, and your goal is to ambush and cause mayhem among many victims. You will also have to stalk your victims before showing them who’s boss, and this should be exciting at least for the fans of stealth games.
Future Games with Gold releases for Xbox 360 are made available for Xbox One through its backward compatibility system, which began in November 2015. Bear in mind that all of the free games made available through Games with Gold requires an active Xbox Live Gold subscription.
Microsoft is expected to release an even better Xbox console in 2020, at Christmas. It will be called Xbox Scarlett (aka Xbox 2), and gamers highly anticipate it.
