FIFA 20 Says Goodbye To Aritz Aduriz In A Special Way

A hip injury made the Spanish striker retire early from the football world, but he made sure that he left in style.

A Glamorous Parting Commemoration

The End of the season is quickly approaching, but so does the End to the career of many popular footballers.

David Silva, midfielder of Manchester City, will leave the club at the End of the current season. He was awarded an End Of An Era SBC on Friday night.

Aritz Aduriz, Bilbao striker, will receive the same distinction.

Aduriz had to retire early, at the age of 39, because of a hip injury. However, his career ended in style as he struck his last goal in professional football during the 89th minute of a match with a scissor-kick against Barcelona. What a way to go, right?

He has received a glamorous 96-rated End of an era SBC card. Here is what you need to know about the freshest addition to FUT:

Expiry Date

The End of an Era Aduriz card will expire today, so, if you haven’t already, make sure you grab it soon!

Approximated Cost And Requirements

Contrary to expectations, though it’s a 96-rated card, you only have to submit one squat to unlock this End of an Era card.

Here are the requirements:

  • Minimum of one LaLiga Santander player
  • Minimum of one TOTSSF, TOTW or TOTW Moments players
  • Minimum Squad Rating of 84
  • Minimum Team Chemistry of 70

TOTAL COST: 82.25k PS4 / 76.9k Xbox One

Is The Card Worth It?

The card is most certainly worth investing the effort, considering that it’s a 96-rated one and costs less than 100k, you might consider getting it simply for the nostalgia.

The most significant downsides to Aduriz are agility (rated 70) and balance (rated 66), but he compensates for that with 97 shooting and 98 physicalities.
