Although FIFA 21 is on its way and releasing most probably in September, the vast majority of users are enjoying the older titles very much. And FIFA really is a nice football simulation game series, despite some of its critics. Recently, players were facing a nasty situation where they couldn’t play in the Ultimate Team mode anymore, and that sparked a lot of frustration online.
Drafts, Online Friendlies, FUT Rivals, and more couldn’t be accessed anymore in FIFA 20 because of EA SPORTS temporarily disabling Ultimate Team match creation.
Connectivity issue needed to be examined
The FIFA Direct Communication account spoke on Twitter about what exactly caused the disabling of FIFA Ultimate Team:
Hi everyone, FUT match creation has been temporarily disabled while we investigate a connectivity issue. Stay tuned to this thread for more updates.
Meanwhile, the problem has been successfully fixed once and for all, with the same account later writing the following:
Match creation has been re-enabled, thanks everyone for your patience.
If you are still having troubles connecting to FUT or experiencing unusual ping, try restarting the game.
Playing FIFA 20 is a great way of leading your favorite football team to success. Even the Copa Libertadores was added recently in the game, bringing the South-American passion for football and thrill to the series.
