Dragon Ball Z Kakarot: The ‘Gods of the Universe’ DLC is Coming

In a very short time, the Dragon Ball Z Kakarot game has conquered the hearts of many Dragon Ball fans. Goku, Vegeta and the other heroes have to engage in ground shaking battles (literally, sometimes) and save the world from tremendous diabolical threats like Frieza, Cell, the Androids, or Majin Buu. But why not go even further? We all know that the Dragon Ball franchise didn’t end with Z, although both Dragon Ball Super and Dragon Ball GT have a lot of severe critics.

Therefore, the ‘Gods of the Universe’ update is awaited for Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, and it might be the game’s first DLC.

Godly powers for Goku

Goku is strong enough in the game, being capable of going up to Super Sayian 3. But he always wanted to be stronger, and the upcoming DLC will fulfill his dream. A leaked picture of the tree from Beerus’ home world indicates that the first saga from Dragon Ball Super will be adapted to the story of the Dragon Ball Z Kakarot. This means that Goku’s godly powers will come into the game, along with Beerus, the God of Destruction.

However, adapting only the first saga from Super to the game would be strange. What’s the use of making only Goku stronger from all of the gang? Vegeta has always been following up close to Goku in strength, even though Goku still had the upper hand. Therefore, it would be better if the Resurrection F saga will also be adapted, so that both Goku and Vegeta will have godly powers. The Super Sayian Blue form is even stronger than the first godly transformation called Super Sayian God. Furthermore, Frieza could come to Dragon Ball Z Kakarot in his most powerful form ever: the Golden Frieza transformation.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot can be played on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
