Dragon Ball Z Kakarot Super DLC Leak Reveals Two Playable Characters

Dragon Ball Z Kakarot is another Dragon Ball fighting game that is continuing to gather a lot of fans. But although everyone thought the game would not feature any characters from Dragon Ball Super, it turns out that this will change in the future.

You can guess for yourself why the upcoming Super DLC for Dragon Ball Z Kakarot has that title. Characters from Dragon Ball Super are awaited in the game, and the Japanese game and manga magazine V-Jump reveals to us what exactly we should expect.

Godly powers for Goku and Vegeta

In Dragon Ball Super, Goku and Vegeta achieved powers far beyond the regular Super Sayian and even the Super Sayian 3 forms from Dragon Ball Z. Therefore, the reveal is that we will see the Super Sayian God transformation for both the famous Saiyans.

Furthermore, along with the new DLC, players will train with Whis and fight Beerus in order to unlock the new transformations. According to the anime, Vegeta had to go through intense training sessions to be able to reach godly powers. On the other hand, Goku became a Super Sayian God with the help of the other regular Super Saiyans. It’s exciting to see how this scenario will be unfolded in the game.

Is Golden Frieza also arriving?

Unfortunately, we don’t have official confirmation that Frieza’s Golden Form will also come to Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, but common sense tells us that it should. Otherwise, Goku and Vegeta’s godly powers won’t have any competition. No-one would stand a chance against them, and let’s face it: it would be awkward to see Super Sayian God Vegeta fighting one on one with Yamcha. However, there’s a big rivalry between the two because Vegeta stole Yamcha’s girlfriend.

Dragon Ball Z Kakarot has been released in January for the regular platforms: PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
