Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019 Will Feature a Free New Map and Extra Content

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is scheduled to get some new upgrades soon. The PS4, Xbox One, and PC variants would be introducing the latest content within a couple of weeks. Players should get ready to welcome some intriguing updates. First, we’re going to enjoy a new map. The addition will be introduced for the multiplayer mode of the game.

How different would the upcoming map be? Also, how much the new content will boost up the users’ experience? Call of Duty promises content that will match more fans’ expectations. We could probably witness, too, the release of some of the most expected stuff, so far.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Will Introduce Extra Content

The news of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare getting a new map has been released recently. The upcoming map, dubbed Khandor Hideout, is rated as a medium-sized map that supports 6v6 squad play. Khandor Hideout is based on the Syrkistan region. The new addition also has a combination of SMGs and open areas for sniping as well as closed interiors, perfect for shotguns.

Activision should have introduced the newest content last week. Unfortunately, the devs had to postpone the new map release until now. Players can enjoy the update across lots of platforms, such as PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Other features include a new operator, Talon, both in the battle royale, Warzone, and in the base game. The character will be a new addition to the latest Talon DLC. It will also arrive with a dog as a companion during the game. The dog can be used as a takedown action to kill the enemies.

The South Korean rating board hinted about the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 remastered version. The information is not clear, but speculations about Activision planning a remaster of the iconic single-player campaign has been rumored since 2017.
