‘Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Remastered’ is Launching – Details and Trailer

The Californian publisher Activision launches another title from the insanely popular Call of Duty series: a remastered version for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 arrives today for PS4 players. The game will also become available for PC and Xbox One players, starting April 30th. However, those willing to pre-order the remastered game for these last two platforms can do it starting today (March 31).

The Call of Duty game series remains a very active one, with titles like Modern Warfare (2019), the Warzone battle royale game launched this month, a mobile game simply entitled ‘Call of Duty: Mobile’ launched last year in October, and so on.

The trailer says it all

The trailer for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Remastered is simply beautiful, and it presents very well how exciting the new game (if we can call it that way considering that it’s a remastered version) is:

System requirements

There’s good news for those willing to play this remastered version on their PCs. There’s no need of owning a mind-blowing gaming rig to get the chance of playing the game. These are the minimum demands:

  • Operating System: Windows 7 at 64bit
  • Processor: Intel Core i3-530 at 2.9GHz / AMD Phenom II X4 810
  • Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 7850 or NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 v4
  • VRAM memory: 1 GB
  • System Memory: 6 GB of RAM
  • Storage space: 55 GB
  • DirectX 11 Compatible Graphics Card

However, the recommended configuration is a bit more demanding but still affordable:

  • Operating System: Windows 10 at 64bit
  • Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 at 3.16GHz / AMD Athlon II X3 415e
  • Graphics card: AMD Radeon R7 265 or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti
  • VRAM memory: 2 GB
  • System Memory: 6 GB of RAM
  • Storage space: 55 GB

The Call of Duty series never disappoints, and it’s always a great choice for those who want to virtually face the horrors of war and put some bullets into opponents. What other titles could be coming next to the series? We’ll soon find out, because the developers don’t seem to rest.
